In accordance with Standing Order 117 of the Standing Orders of the Dáil and the Seanad relative to Private Business which places on the Leas-Chathaoirleach the duty of moving the various stages of a Provisional Order Confirmation Bill in the Seanad, I beg to move for leave to introduce the Local Government Provisional Orders Confirmation Bill, 1950.
