I have received an application from Senator Horgan to raise on the motion for the adjournment of the House tonight the following matter:
The situation occasioned in the Training College at Carysfort, Blackrock, County Dublin, by the refusal of the college authorities to recognise the students' union in the college.
I rule that it is not permissible to raise this on the adjournment on the grounds that there is no ministerial responsibility involved.
