It is proposed to adjourn until 7.30. Perhaps I could take the opportunity of mentioning now that at 7.30 I propose, by agreement, to ask the Chair to make an addition to the Order of Business. The Broadcasting Authority (Amendment) Bill is now available. In view of the discussion on the Order of Business today and the desirability of having the Bill introduced as soon as possible, I propose asking the Chair at 7.30 to consider adding it to the Order of Business and asking the House to vary the Order of Business in order to enable a First Reading to be given so that the Bill can be printed.
