Before Senator Lenihan intervenes, over 30 minues ago there was a somewhat indefinite agreement for the House to sit beyond 10 o'clock in the hope of finishing this Bill. No progress has been made in regard to the consideration of the Bill since then, and I think I must ask the House to reach a definite decision in regard to the question whether they want to sit to completion or to sit to a specific time.
