When is it proposed to take the Committee Stage of the Landlord and Tenant (Ground Rents) Bill? I thought that was adjourned until today but I may be wrong.
It was adjourned until today but the Minister is not available. It may possibly be taken next week but we may not have enough business to sit next week. It will be either next week or the following week.
I think the Committee Stage of the Landlord and Tenant (Ground Rents) Bill, will provide enough business to sit next week. I am confident that it will provide enough business to sit next week and it would be preferable to sit next week rather than postpone it until the week after. We could be in recess then. It might be more convenient to take it next week.
