On the Order of Business, it is proposed to take Nos. 1 to 4. I understand it is agreed that the Committee Stage of the Courts Bill will be taken today, but in order to leave an interval between Second Stage and Committee Stage I propose that the Malicious Injuries Bill, item No. 2, be taken after Second Stage of the Courts Bill.
