I have notice from Senator Brendan Ryan that on a motion for the Adjournment of the House today he proposes to raise the following matter:
The continuing delay on the part of the Government in fulfilling their commitment to set up an agency to combat poverty.
I rule that this matter is not admissible for discussion on the Adjournment on the grounds that it involves the introduction of legislation.
