Before moving the suspension I would like to revert to the order which we made for today. We did indicate that if Item Nos. 3 and 4 were finished before 4 p.m. we would take up Item No. 2 Item No. 2 is the concern of the Minister for Foreign Affairs who is sitting in on a debate in another place, a debate which he has to conclude later today. I would be glad if the House could authorise me, in view of the fact that we will only be commencing our debate on tourism at 2 p.m., to indicate to the Minister for Foreign Affairs that we will not take up that debate today and that his presence will not be required.
Agreed.
