I should like, by agreement of the House, to seek the necessary authority to lay before the House and to print a Report of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges in relation to amendments to Standing Orders concerning explanatory financial memoranda to Government Bills. Accordingly, I move:
"That the Report of the Committee on Procedure and Privileges dated 11 December 1985 be laid before the Seanad and that the Report be printed."
