It is proposed to sit again at 10.30 a.m. in the morning. It is proposed to resume the debate on the NDC Bill on Wednesday, 12 February 1986. Tomorrow morning the House will be dealing with the Statutory Instruments and the Oireachtas Joint Committee on Building Land.
