I am grateful to the Acting Chairman. However the Minister was to be here but I do not see him. I do not see the spokesman here who should be here to deal with this. The Irish Livestock people are anxious to have this Bill passed before Easter. We were trying to be helpful by taking it at 8 o'clock tonight. Now there does not seem to be anybody to take it. I suggest we take it in the morning if possible because I understand it is a very short Bill.
