It is proposed to adjourn the House until 10.30 a.m. tomorrow morning and then to resume the debate on Second Stage of the Finance Bill with a view to completing Second Stage tomorrow. In the event of the Second Stage being completed before 4 p.m. we will resume the debate on the report of the Joint Committee on Cooperation with Developing Countries: The Bilateral Aid Programme.
