I am told that yesterday when I was replying to Senator Ross' motion I stated that "Senator Ross' motion will be one more piece of justification to groups that are planning murder". I did not intend actually to imply or to say exactly that, if that is what is on the record of the House. What I wanted to say is that the groups planning murder in the North would be the only people who would be pleased with Senator Ross's motion.
