I wish to make an announcement regarding the panel of Chairmen. I propose to nominate the following Members to the panel. They are: Senators Tom Fitzgerald, Denis Foley, Jack Harte, Michael Howard, Tom Hussey, Rory Kiely, Charlie McDonald, Larry McMahon and Paschal Mooney. Perhaps I will nominate additional Members in due course.
