Vol. 125 No. 13

Business of Seanad.

I have notice from Senator Liam Cosgrave that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice to act regarding the deplorable state of many of our courthouses and related facilities.

I also received notice from Senator Pól Ó Foighil of the following matter:

Le fiafraí den Aire Oideachais cén fáth nar fógraíodh fós cead le haghaidh deisiúcháin agus méadú do Ghairm Scoil, Colm Cille, Indreabhán, Contae na Gaillimhe a chur i gcrích mar a gealladh agus cén uair atá an tAire sásta an obair seo a cheadú.

I regard the matters raised by Senators Cosgrave and Ó Foighil as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment. I have selected the matter raised by Senator Cosgrave and it will be taken at the conclusion of business. Senator Ó Foighil may give notice on another day of the matter he wishes to raise.
