Seanad Éireann debate -
Wednesday, 11 Dec 1991

Vol. 130 No. 15

Business of Seanad.

I have notice from Seanator Costello that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Health to make provision for the disposal of clinical waste from hospitals which will not involve on-site incineration.

I also received notice from Senator Neville of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice to alleviate the delays in the Land Registry and to make a statement on the future effeciency of the registry.

I also received notice from Senator Ross of the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Tourism, Transport and Communications to outline the present position of the extension of the DART to Greystones, County Wicklow.

I regard the matters raised by Senators Costello, Neville and Ross as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment. I have selected Senator Costello's matter and it will be taken at the conclusion of business. Senators Neville and Ross may give notice another day of the matters they wish to raise.
