Vol. 142 No. 15

Business of Seanad.

I have received notice from Senator Mary Kelly that on the Adjournment of the House today she wishes to raise the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Justice to examine the possibility of transferring the Garda responsibility for Croom and adjoining areas from Askeaton to Limerick City.

I have also received notice from Senator Dan Neville on the following matter:

The need for the Minister for Education to appoint a remedial teacher to Croagh, Kilfinny, Cappagh, Coolcappa, and Kilcolman schools in County Limerick.

I have also received notice from Senator Paddy Burke on the following matter:

The need for the Minister for the Environment to provide funding for upgrading the swimming pool and facilities at Castlebar, County Mayo.

I regard the matters raised as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment. I have selected Senator Kelly's and Senator Neville's matters and they will be taken at the conclusion of business. The other Senator may give notice on another day of the matter he wishes to raise.
