I have received notice from Senator Hayes that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Minister for the Environment to consider the idea of changing the day for national voting from Thursday to Sunday.
I have also received notice from Senator Finneran of the following matter:
The need for the Minister for Agriculture, Food and Forestry to have the Suck Valley catchment area included in the new EU category of extremely disadvantaged areas.
I regard the matters raised by the Senators as suitable for discussion on the Adjournment and they can be taken at the conclusion of business.
