Bill entitled an Act to implement the State's obligations under the Protocol additional to the Agreement between Non-nuclear Weapons States of the European Atomic Energy Community, the European Atomic Energy Community, and the International Atomic Energy Agency in implementation of Article III(1) and (4) of the Treaty of Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons, and to provide for related matters.
