I have notice from Senator Costello that, on the motion for the Adjournment of the House today, he proposes to raise the following matter:
The need for the Tánaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment to make every effort to resolve the trade union recognition dispute at the Aldi retail outlet in Parnell Street, Dublin 1.
I regret that I have had to rule the Senator's matter out of order as the Minister has no official responsibility in this matter.
