I move:
That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approve the following Regulations in draft:–
Trade Marks Act, 1996 (Community Trade Mark) Regulations, 2000,
copies of which were laid before Seanad Éireann on 22nd June, 2000, be referred to the Joint Committee on Enterprise and Small Business, in accordance with paragraph (1)(a)(iv) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which shall, not later than 24 October, 2000, send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 67, and Standing Order 69(2) shall accordingly apply.”
