I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Order 43 and the Resolution of the Seanad of 20th April, with effect from 29th June, 2000, the Resolution of the Seanad of 20th April, 2000, in relation to the appointment of the All-Party Oireachtas Committee on the Constitution as a Joint Committee of both Houses of the Oireachtas, be amended by the substitution in paragraph (5) for "31 May, 2000, of "31 July, 2000, and shall have effect accordingly."
