I move:
That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approves the terms of the agreement establishing the Advisory Centre on World Trade Organisation Law, copies of which were laid before Seanad Éireann on 28 September 2000, be referred to the Joint Committee on European Affairs, in accordance with paragraph (1)(a)(iv) of the Orders of Reference of that committee, which shall, not later than 24 October 2000, send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 67, and Standing Order 69(2) shall accordingly apply.
