I move:
That the proposals that Seanad Éireann approve the following Regulations in draft:
Freedom of Information Act, 1997 (Prescribed bodies) Regulations, 2001
Freedom of Information Act, 1997 (Prescribed Bodies) (No. 2) Regulations, 2001
Freedom of Information Act, 1997 (Prescribed Bodies) (No. 3) Regulations, 2001
copies of which were laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 21 February 2001, be referred to the Joint Committee on Finance and the Public Service, in accordance with paragraph (1)(a)(iv) of the Orders of Reference of that committee, which shall, not later than 27 March 2001, send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 67, and Standing Order 69(2), shall accordingly apply.
