I move:
That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approve the following Regulations in draft:
Planning and Development (Licensing of Outdoor Events) Regulations, 2001,
a copy of which Regulations in draft form was laid before Seanad Éireann on 5th April 2001, be referred to the Joint Committee on Environment and Local Government, in accordance with paragraph (1)(a)(iv) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which shall, not later than 12th April 2001, send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 67, and Standing Order 69(2) shall accordingly apply.
