Employment Permits Bill 2003: Order for Second Stage.

Bill entitled an Act providing for the grant of employment permits in respect of non-nationals, to prohibit the employment of non-nationals who do not have such permits, to provide for the grant of such permits to nationals of certain states under certain circumstances and to provide for related matters.
