I move:
That the proposal that Seanad Éireann approve the following scheme in draft:
Risk Equalisation (Amendment) Scheme, 2003,
copies of which were laid in draft before the House on 9th day of December, 2003, be referred to the Joint Committee on Health and Children in accordance with paragraph (1)(Seanad) of the Orders of Reference of that Committee, which, not later than 18th December, 2003 shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 67, and Standing Order 69(2) shall accordingly apply."
