I move:
That, notwithstanding anything in Standing Orders, the House shall sit at 10 a.m. on Friday 19th December, 2008 and the Leader of the House will be called on to reply to the Order of Business no later than 30 minutes after the proposal of the Order of Business and that reply shall not exceed 5 minutes.
