I move:
That the proposal that Seanad Éireann resolves that section 17A (inserted by section 2(1) of the Diseases of Animals (Amendment) Act 2001 (No. 3 of 2001)) of the Diseases of Animals Act 1966 (No. 6 of shall continue in force for the period ending on 8th March 2014, be referred to the Joint Committee on Agriculture, Food and the Marine, in accordance with Standing Order 70A(3), which, not later than 5th March 2013, shall send a message to the Seanad in the manner prescribed in Standing Order 73, and Standing Order 75(2) shall accordingly apply.
