I move:
That the Order of Seanad Éireann of 21st February, 2023, referring the proposal that Seanad Éireann approves the Civil Law (Miscellaneous Provisions) Act 2022 (Section 4(2))(Scheme Termination Date) Order 2023, a copy of which was laid in draft form before Seanad Éireann on 7th February, 2023, to the Joint Committee on Children, Equality, Disability, Integration and Youth, be amended by the deletion of ‘7th March, 2023' and the substitution therefor of ‘21st March, 2023’.
