I understand the Minister indicated he will consider amendment No. 25 with other amendments of a similar nature and that he is inclined to accept the amendment subject to further consideration on Report Stage. On that basis I will not move the amendment but reserve leave to re-enter it.

In page 7, line 39, to delete "it" and substitute "the Board".
This amendment is necessary for the purposes of clarification and has been moved at the request of the Minister for Tourism and Trade. The amendment is textual in nature, and substitutes "the Board" for "it".
