I move amendment No. 21:
In page 40, lines 21 to 23, to delete subsection (3).
It is considered that this subsection is superfluous. The text of section 76 (3) is covered by section 97 (5) of the Patents Act, 1992, and this subsection, therefore, is unnecessary.
