I move amendment No. 2:
In page 8, subsection (1), line 34, to delete "Article 6" and substitute "Article 6ter".
This is purely a drafting amendment.

Amendments Nos. 3 and 17 are related. Amendment No. 3 is tabled in the name of Deputy McDowell, but as the Deputy is not present to move his amendment it must fall.
What will happen to his amendment? It is very relevant.
If it is relevant he should be here to move it.
As Deputy McDowell tabled a number of amendments, and I am sure is not present for a very good reason, I would be disposed to considering them on Report Stage.
That is most generous of the Minister.
When will Report Stage take place?
That depends on how quickly we deal with business on Committee Stage. If we conclude it next Wednesday I am sure the Minister will move quickly on the matter.
