Message to Dáil.

Pursuant to Standing Order 85, the following message will be sent to the Clerk of the Dáil and the Clerk of the Seanad:

The Select Committee on Justice, Equality, Defence and Women's Rights has completed its consideration of the proposal that Dáil Éireann approve the terms of the Agreement between the Government of Ireland and the Government of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland on Police Co-operation which was signed on 29 April 2002 in Belfast on behalf of the Government of Ireland by the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform, and a copy of which was laid before Dáil Éireann on 8 October 2002.

The select committee adjourned sine die.
