I move amendment No. 56:
In page 45, subsection (1), line 19 , to delete "35" and substitute "42".
The section says that not later than 35 days from the date of a decision of the director under section 43 the complainant or the respondent may appeal to the court by notice in writing specifying the grounds of the appeal. These are appeals from the director to the court.
