I move amendment No. 22:
In page 19, subsection (4), to delete all words from and including "to which" in line 46 down to and including line 49 and in page 20 to delete line 1 and substitute "which is unlawful.".
Following the adoption of amendment No. 22, a consequential technical amendment will be necessary to section 16 to delete subsection (5). I will bring forward the necessary technical amendment for that purpose on Report Stage.
