In Section 39 there is reference made to " stale or contaminated milk." I would like to know what is the meaning of " stale milk." What age is meant?

I think it does. It is almst impossible to define " stale milk."
What other word could you use?
We discussed that in the Dáil, and I do not think we could use any other word.
It will be a puzzle to the Minister to determine the methods by which he is to find out.
Better leave it out.
You are not going to leave a decision in the matter entirely to the inspector?
