I move amendment 8:—
In page 4, to delete sub-section (3).

(3) For the purposes of this section, the expression " country " includes England, Scotland and any other part of His Britannic Majesty's Dominions, as well as a foreign country.
The sub-section as it stood would tend to create all sorts of complications if you tried to define " country," especially in the case of Ireland.
You get over that difficulty by deleting the sub-section.
