SECTION 6.

This section would apply in a case like this : If a man is accidentally killed in such a way as to give his relatives right to bring an action under Lord Campbell's Act, or if a man is killed and leaves a family—if he has been killed in employment where there is some negligence and the employer is liable—this section says that the legitimated child is to have a share with the others and can bring an action as well as the other children.
