In subsection (1), line 37, to delete " Minister " and substitute " Registrar ".
This is following the same pattern as the Companies Bill.

What did we do with the Companies Bill? Did we leave it to the Registrar or to the Minister to say whether or not it is undesirable?
It was left to the Minister. I know the Deputy has been busy, but I should like to remind him that he has an amendment to the same effect down to the Companies Bill.
I will withdraw it now and leave the matter until the Report Stage.
