Ryan asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources the total amount paid to the Exchequer in respect of the sale of a refinery (details supplied) and the Bantry storage terminal; the amount of the balance that remains outstanding; when he expects that this will be paid; and if he has satisfied himself the rate of payments.
