View answerSpecific arrangements for the granting of extensions to the five year period of provisional recognition granted to teachers who have obtained their primary teaching qualifications in other jurisdictions are currently being considered by my Department. It is hoped that these new arrangements relating to provisional recognition and other aspects of the scrúdú le haghaidh cáilíochta sa Ghaeilge will shortly be finalised and published on my Department's website.
