340 Ms Burton asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the percentage of requests under the Freedom of Information Act which proceed to internal appeal in his Department; the way in which that percentage compares with the percentage in previous years; and if he will make a statement on the matter. My Department is committed to the full implementation of the Freedom of Information Acts 1997 and 2003. I am also informed that the only application for registration pending on this property was an application for transmission which was lodged on 20 July, 1999. Dealing Number D1999SM005024B refers. The registrar of titles has also informed me that this application was completed on 10 May 2004.
