View answerI am informed by the Garda authorities that breaches of the nature referred to by the Deputy are dealt with under the Road Traffic Acts 1961 to 2003 and regulations made thereunder. Any incidents concerning breaches of these regulations should be reported to the Garda Síochána for investigation.
