25 Mr. Rabbitte asked the Minister for Community, Rural and Gaeltacht Affairs if he has met with any of the Irish representatives who attended the recent conference in Hungary on building civil society in Europe through community development; if his attention has been drawn to the conference’s recommendations, specifically the Budapest Declaration and its contents; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
