133 Mr. McGuinness asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children if she will fund directly a proposal submitted from the centre for the care of survivors of torture in Dublin; if each health board will consider funding the proposal should she refuse; and if she will make a statement on the matter. No request for funding has been received by my Department from the centre for the care of survivors of torture. However, I understand that such a request is being prepared by the organisation.
