View answerThe persons named have been notified that the circumstances outlined by them do not satisfy the criteria for force majeure or exceptional circumstance under Article 40 of Council Regulation (EC) No. 1782/2003. The persons named have been advised that they can appeal my Department’s decision to the independent single payment appeals committee if they wish to have a full review of the circumstances outlined.
