345 Mr. Bruton asked the Minister for Communications, Marine and Natural Resources the total cost, number and nature of reports, consultancies or other advisory or public relations commissions awarded by his Department from 1998 to 2004 and to date in 2005 to persons other than established civil servants; and if he will make a statement on the matter.
