382 Mr. Durkan asked the Minister for Justice, Equality and Law Reform the reason for the ordering of four warrants for the arrest of a person (details supplied); if he has sought an explanation from the Garda Síochána for the non-execution of same; and if he will make a statement on the matter. I am informed by the Garda authorities that it has not been possible within the time allowed to carry out the research to fully address the issues raised in the Deputy's question. I will contact the Deputy again when all the information necessary to answer the question is to hand.
