104 Mr. Durkan asked the Tánaiste and Minister for Health and Children the action which is proposed to reinstate the home heating works undertaken under the aegis of the Health Service Executive in the provision of heating facilities in the home of a person (details supplied) in County Kildare under the special home refurbishment scheme; if her attention has been drawn to the professional opinion to the effect that the works involved are a health and safety risk, that part of facilities exploded and that the dwelling has no heating; and if she will make a statement on the matter. The Deputy's question relates to the management and delivery of health and personal social services, which are the responsibility of the Health Service Executive under the Health Act 2004. Accordingly, the Department has requested the Parliamentary Affairs Division of the Executive to arrange to have this matter investigated and to have a reply issued directly to the Deputy.
